You can now live next to Kate Middleton and Prince William as cottages next to their Norfolk pad are up for rent
FANCY calling Kate Middleton and Prince William your neighbours?
Two cottages just yards from their Norfolk home Anmer Hall are now available to rent.
The country homes are located just 4metres away from where the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been isolating with George, Louis and Charlotte during lockdown.
One of the homes is a sweet two-bedroom semi-detached home that is available to rent for £725-a-month.
Meanwhile, the other pad has three bedrooms and a large garden, and can be rented for £875-a-month.
Both of the cottages are opposite the tree-lined gated drive to the Cambridge’s 10-bedroom Grade II-listed home.
Anmer Hall was originally built in 1802 and was given as a lavish wedding present from the Queen to William and Kate after they tied the knot in 2011.
The couple based themselves there after welcoming their first child, Prince George, as it was also easier for Prince William’s job as a pilot with the East Anglian Air Ambulance Service.
The young tots are able to take a dip in the royal residence’s swimming pool or knock around some balls on the private tennis court to keep active in the sun.
Kate has been known to whip out the camera to take snaps of her kids playing there, and many official portraits have been taken in the picturesque grounds.
There are just 29 homes in the picturesque surrounding village, which has a population of 63.
The homes are being let by the Sandringham Estate, which also rents properties in 13 villages around the Queen’s residence.
People who are keen to Norfolk will be considered for the homes, but priority will be given to those who live and work in the area - and they are only available as primary residences.
The estate says properties are filled on “which prospective tenant is best suited to the property.”
If you are keen to live next door to royalty, you need to fill out a form on the Sandringham Estate website.
Traditionally, homes in the village, which is located 35 miles west of Norwich, were occupied by people who worked at Anmer Hall or on the estate.
The village offers a range of activities, from film nights, quiz evenings, a Women’s Institute and a Bowls Club.
We shared how Kate dressed Prince George in a £7.99 Mango polo shirt for his cheeky seventh birthday pictures.
We also reveled how George, Louis & Charlotte are ‘competitive over designated vegetable patches at Anmer Hall which they tend to daily’.
And Kate will likely be encouraging the kids to partake in one of their favourite outside activities - spider hunting.
